Come enjoy a newly built beach house (2008) just short walk from beautiful Popham Beach - one of Maine's most beautiful and expansive beaches, one hour north of Portland, Maine. The space The cottage offers all the creature comforts including eat-in kitchen with breakfast nook, open-concept living and dining room, 3 bedrooms including a first-floor master with ensuite and walk-in closet, 1 den that converts to bedroom with privacy doors and a sofa bed, and 2 additional bathrooms. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our screened in back porch or watch the kids returning from the beach on one of our front porch rocking chairs. The home is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay, including kitchenware, a washer and dryer, sheets, bath towels, beach towels, beach bags, sand toys, kayaks, charcoal grill, board games and puzzles. Guest access The entire house. Other things to note We have cameras installed on the front and back porches for security purposes. We respect the privacy of our guests at all times.
