Description
Cozy holiday home on the Baltic Sea in a farmhouse-style with a garden, sunny wooden terrace, and many small unique details. The space The house features an open living concept on the lower floor and has a central wood stove that provides cozy warmth. Firewood is available at the holiday home and can be used for a small fee. The entrance area is large enough for jackets, shoes, and other items you may bring. It can also accommodate a stroller. The lower floor includes a guest toilet, which is accessible through the hallway. Upstairs, there is a large bathroom, two rooms with a 140x200 cm bed, a 180x200 cm bed, as well as a 140 cm long child's bed (upon request, an additional folding bed can be provided in the larger room), a walk-in closet, and a small desk in the hallway for working. In the basement, there is a utility room with a washing machine and drying facilities, as well as a spacious pantry shelf. Outdoor area: In summer, the large French doors can be opened wide to the terrace, and the garden can be enjoyed with all senses. The house includes flower beds, countless roses, and a large cherry tree with a beach chair underneath. There is also an herb garden that our guests are welcome to use and enjoy as much as we do. The garden is protected from view by a fence and hedge, allowing children to play safely. Equipment: The holiday home is equipped to be child-friendly. There are safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, which can be installed as needed. We use our holiday home ourselves and have ensured that it is well-equipped with sufficient dishes, high-quality pots, premium cooking utensils, and plenty of glasses. We are always open to suggestions for improvement. The cooktop consists of two induction plates and four gas burners. Two high chairs (TripTrap) are available, as well as high chairs for babies/toddlers. Overall, we emphasize a mixed ambiance of new and vintage furniture. Parking: We live in the house next door and share a spacious driveway with you, where a parking space is available for the holiday home. Additional parking is nearby. The front garden offers much variety throughout the year. Other things to note Schönberg (Holstein) is a health resort where a spa tax is charged: In the low season (March 15 to April 30), an adult pays €1.50 per night. In the high season (May 1 to September 30), an adult pays €3.00 per night. In the late season (October 1 to October 31), an adult pays €1.50 per night. (2024)
