When you walk in-you immediately see the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is very nice if you are on a budget. A quick run to Walmart (5 min away) and get yours needs. There’s a table and 3 chairs or 3 bar stools to pull up to and grub. The living room has a queen pullout sofa sleeper if you need the room for the littles. Chill out & watch cable after a day at the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has custom made full size floating bunks with a tv on the top bunk! The space You are just 1/8 of a mile to the beautiful beaches of Destin. Between March 15th and September 1st, take advantage of the complimentary beach shuttle designated for popular spots. There’s too many amenities to list at this resort. Walmart is 5 min away as well as the Dollar Tree! This is a gated community, and there is 24-7 security. Nearby attractions include, Big Kahunas Water park, Henderson Beach ( our favorite beach) Destin Harbor Walk, bars, and shopping. Feed the alligators at Fudpuckers which is also just 5 min away. You will have a starter kit of items: 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, a paper towel roll, 3 trash bags, and a travel size shampoo/conditioner. I do provide bath towels however, no beach towels. So pack them or head to Alvin’s island for a Destin souvenir. If you need additional supplies there’s a dollar tree and Walmart close by. **Message me for SNOWBIRD SPECIALS during the months of November-End of February** Guest access You have full access to the entire condo! As well as the gym, on sight restaurant & bar, coffee shop, 11,000 gallon lagoon pool, heated pool, splash pad, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, playground area & pickle ball court. The room may not be available until 4:00 pm however you can use the amenities as of noon the day of check in! Other things to note There is a back road if you take a right out of the Palms. This helps avoid traffic on 98! I suggest using the backroads anytime you can:) very short drive to Walmart and Dollar Tree on that back road! The max occupancy is 6. If more than 6 people (including kids) are staying in this unit-you will be fined and ask to leave. No refund will be given. There are cameras all over the property so DO NOT GO OVER MAX OCCUPANCY! The fine will be 100.00 per person and getting escorted off the property. * I do not provide beach towels so bring some If you like or head to Alvin’s Island for a Destin souvenir towel.
