Our one bedroom apartment features a home away from home. Shower/bath, bedroom with curtains and a queen size Serta brand bed, Fully functioning kitchen with full Size appliances, quaint dining area with settings for 3, living room with couch , desk, Flat screen smart tv. The entire property is non smoking, no smoking of any kind is permitted and drug free. Due to severe allergies we also do not allow pets. Wall furnace and air conditioning . The space Sunny, quiet, conveniently located, clean, decorated nicely. Charming. Front and back hallway access. Spa discounts. Mail for long stay, garbage access for long stay guests. Limited interactions. Guests can contact owner as needed. Checkout is convenient as leaving keys in our white mailbox at the back door. Please throw your trash and bars of soap away, in our back dumpster. Code is given at check in. There is a recycling can at the back of the building as well. Get a 5 star from us for being good With communication, putting things back, and not leaving a mess. Oh and follow our few rules and we are golden! Downtown. On a warm day pop on our air conditioning or just open a window and let the breeze in to quickly cool the apartment. Fans provided as well. Next to great restaurants, in between Arcata and Fortuna. Only blocks From Old Town and 7 minutes from Humboldt State University. 2 miles from st. Joseph's hospital. Minutes from pg&e. We are down town. Foot traffic around the building is just like any other down town. Bus stops blocks away from the bus stop on 5th. Ask about our $45 one hour massages and our promotional $85 facials (reg. $110) A public parking lot behind the building. Well lit, day and night free parking. A back entrance into the building or street entrance on the main street. Locked. Please as all down town cities do not leave items in your car. Limited interaction. Guests can contact us as needed. Bus is located just blocks away. Our previous guest have brought in groceries and had a nice weekend of cooking. We say its like a perfect little getaway. We wish you to treat our home as if it is yours, except keep our home as clean as you found it. * hallway into the apartment is currently under painting renovation. This will not disturb your time with us but is a bit of an eyesore as it is being prepped for painting. * for a daily, weekly, or monthly fee there is access to a locked laundry. Guests will be able to wash their clothes and the apt linens for extended guests. Daily use is $12, weekly is $30, and $50 for a month.(no sleeping bags, bedding, oversized items. If you smoke or vape of any kind of smoking please do not rent, the fees for smoking on the premises are at our discretion. $400 per incident and $300 cleaning fees associated with the decontaminating of the apartment. Due to severe allergies we do not allow pets of any kind. We do not allow marijuana to be on the property at any time.. this is a drug free property. Due to severe allergies if we find a marijuana has been brought onto the property, he will incur a $400 fee.. due to the fact that we will have to do a deep cleaning. The back gated area and front door are monitored with ring monitors. This is for your safety and the properties. Notes on Eureka: Eureka is a beautiful town. All of Eureka in 2021 has issues with homeless around town. There is no part of Eureka that does not feature homeless but rest assured we have done everything possible to make your stay a safe experience. Our building is secure with two security gates, and we advise you to park in our well lit parking lot.We advise all guests to not leave any items in their car during their stay in Eureka not just in our parking lot but all over the county. We are fully confident that none of these issues will affect your stay but we want to be transparent about the current state of humboldt county. When reviewing our space we would like you to review our location on your experience with your apartment and not the town itself. It is a great town but we want our guests to be fair and understand we have put up all precautions for your safety. Currently, there is construction happening behind our building as of February 2025. Please be advised during work hours there maybe noise. Guest access Front and and back door access to the building. Public parking lot in the back of the building that is well lit and public. Guest can enjoy Hulu, Netflix, paramount plus, Amazon prime on all smart TVs. * for a daily, weekly, or monthly fee there is access to a locked laundry. Other things to note We do not have a cleaning fee. What we expect though is that you clean up after your stay so that our cleaning staff can come in and deep clean not put back items for you or clean up your messes. We ask that for short stay guests you put your dirty towels in the bathroom in a pile and the sheets can be left on the bed to be laundered. Take out your trash. The code for the back trash is 503 . For guests of a month or more we will have a cleaning expected. This can be done with our cleaning staff at a few or you can have us give you a list to make sure the apartment stays in the fashion it is used to. We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper for our 2 + night stays. We provide napkins and a roll of paper towels. We provide 2 towels, washcloths , and hand towels, kitchen towels, and a small sponge. For month stays we provide a second set. * long term Month to month stays are subject to paying an extra 30 days for early termination of contract. If smoking is found to have happened in our apartments of any kind, a fee of $300 for cleaning will be added without exception. We understand the changes but as you expect contracts to be followed on our end we also expect it to be carried out.
