Dining and Shopping options in Counce or Savannah TN just moments away. Decks on each level, top deck is open, 2nd and 3rd decks are covered. The space entry level features a open floor plan with greatroom, dining, and kitchen. There is also a half bath and laundry area with washer and dryer. The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths Bottom level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There are decks on each level. Guest access Parking is limited to 3 cars. Do not park in neighbors spaces, and boat trailers must be parked along the street at the top of the hill, or left at the State Park where you will launch your boat. Other things to note We now have WiFi through Starlink! We have one covered boatslip for you to use, no more are available. Ours is the only boatslip with out a lift in it.
