There are unobstructed views of the sunset over the Bay in the evening. This complex is only a few blocks from White Cap Beach which is a bit slower pace since it only has one entrance/exit. Everything you need for your stay is provided. Our cleaning crew goes the extra mile to carefully clean everything in the condo between guests. It's sparkling clean and smells fresh. If there is anything you need during your stay we can address it. Back patio furnished with propane grill and picnic table for outdoor seating. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo and garage to themselves. Shared access overlooking the bay includes a pool, pergola covered deck with boat slips underneath. Watch the sunset right in front of you from the pool deck. Other things to note Golf cart available as additional rental if needed. It’s a bright green, 4 seater, electic Club Car Precedent. This will require a separate rental agreement signature and valid Driver's License required. There are games for the whole family, extra linens, and beach towels in the coffee table storage spaces. Basic spices are available as well as Keurig pods, Tide pods, Dish pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All bath towels, sheets, pillows, blankets are provided as pictured. There are water toys, beach chairs, fishing poles, tackle gear, sand toys in garage. You will also have access to a crab boil set up complete with boiling pot and propane stand.
