The space Please note, this house built on a sloping ground is not at all suitable for people with reduced mobility (presence of many stairs). Classified "Furnished tourism" 3 stars, this family house, renovated over the years, offers spaces dedicated to relaxation facing the sea. There is a harmonious marriage of Breton regional furniture and modern comforts. It enjoys private access, by a staircase, from the large garden to the sandy beach, to the beautiful wild dunes, for your walks and return swimming. Discover the exceptional view of the bay of Douarnenez and the Porzay by the coastal path (GR 34) which passes directly in front of the house. We have chosen to preserve the coastline by offering eco-friendly materials and equipment. Thus, the house, located on the sea side, in the Natura 2000 protection zone, offers only 2 dry toilets, in compliance with the regulations on the protection of waters near the coast. Daily use is facilitated by the use of eco-friendly and compostable bags. A large welcoming entrance serves the different spaces. The living room, very warm, gives access directly to the terrace overlooking the beach, for friendly moments facing the sunset or relaxing rocked by the waves. The equipped kitchen, for family cooking, is fully open to the living room facing the ocean. This large living room with a granite fireplace has many windows with sea views, and also offers a small office space. On the south side, a second large terrace is accessible directly from the living room, to choose according to your desires: the place, more sheltered from the wind and facing south, is ideal for your meals, moments of relaxation, reading, and quiet. Upstairs, two beautiful bedrooms open on either side of the bathroom. The bathroom includes shower, sink, electric towel dryer. Each room includes a 160 x 200 bed with memory mattress for optimal comfort, as well as various storage and wardrobe. In one you will find a 4K flat-screen TV, Netflix, Canal +, and other channels. Free wifi relayed throughout the house by repeaters. This atypical house with its nooks and crannies and outdoor spaces, also offers a studio on the garden level. This fully independent space is only accessible by a staircase as you leave the house. It offers in a first room on the one hand a sanitary area with a walk-in shower and its pretty canopy, a sink and dry toilet and on the other hand an equipped kitchenette (dishes, sink, microwave, fridge, induction plate, folding table). This room is efficiently heated by the towel dryer. The second room, separated by a curtain, offers a bedroom with a sofa bed including a 140x190 mattress and topper for comfort, a storage box, a wardrobe and a small office space. This studio is ideal with friends to preserve its privacy or with family. It is a space much appreciated by teenagers or young adults. You can stroll through the large wooded grounds, planted with maritime pines and holm oaks. Outside, there is a barbecue available for your moments with friends, and a solar beach shower to get away from swimming. Parking on site for several vehicles, behind a locked gate. Guest access You will have the house and studio all to yourself. You will enjoy special moments and feel at home. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of more than 7 days in high season. For short stays and low-season stays, you can rent all the linens you need for your stay by reservation.
