Amazing panoramic views over the sea to Gibraltar and Morocco, Villa Padierna golf course and hotel, mountains, lake and garden. Two large terraces make it easy to soak it all in, unwind and recharge. 5 pools, including 2 childrens' pools and 1 adult-only pool on-site - lifeguards on-duty during the summer season. Additionally there is a lovely playground, a Padel Tennis court, and two golf putting and chipping artificial greens. Beaches, Puerto Banus, Marbella & Estepona are within easy reach. The space The flat fits max 4 adults, 1 child and 1 baby (travel cot on request). The flat is modern with marble kitchen worktops, bathrooms and floors and easy to maintain while on holiday. The open kitchen and lounge lead directly out onto the large, west-facing terrace. The corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms also open up to the spacious east-facing terrace. Both bedrooms have blinds keeping the heat and light out. There is a double wardrobe with drawer unit in both bedrooms. The terraces are where we spend most of our days and evenings during the summer months but the comfortable lounge offers a bluetooth speaker and smart-tv with a variety of channels and streaming options for when/if you tire of the wonderful views outside! Other things to note The flat will sleep max 4 adults, one child and one baby. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suit bathroom while the second bedroom has a sturdy bunk bed suitable for adults with optional 3rd trundle bed. A baby travel cot bed can be provided on request. Young children require supervision while on the terraces. It is recommended that all furniture is placed away from the terrace fences/ walls while young children are present.
