The space Good size bedroom with a new king bed, bamboo sheets and pillows, a large closet, and a private bathroom with a shower. I am from Cape Cod, I have a hot-cold outdoor shower for those coming from the beach. Private entrance with key and deadbolt. No kitchen, but a small refrigerator is in your room. Cable TV in the room. I am CENTRAL to so many sights like the Space Center 21 miles, Port for Cruise ships 13 miles, Cocoa Beach 15 min., and Brevard Zoo (zip lining) 20 min. Disney 50min., Seaworld 40min., Orlando 55min. and the airport is 35 miles. to Melbourne 20 min. I am a retired New York State Fire Chief. You will not have enough time to check out all the restaurants, shops, and attractions close by. I picked this area (historic Cocoa Village) to live in because it reminded me of Martha's Vineyard where I use to live. I am one block from the Indian River where there are beautiful (historic) million-dollar homes. One mile walk or bike ride (I have bikes to use) to historic downtown Cocoa. My home is nestled under four two-hundred-year-old oak trees. You are welcome to sit on my back patio for a morning coffee, evening drink, or smoke. You will get a map of the area with places to go and places to see. Guest access You have your own private entrance with motion night light. A door in the bathroom goes into the laundry room which you are welcome to use. You have THREE fire exits and an early alert smoke detector. No gas in house. Other things to note I wash my sheets after all guests and I even dry my linens on a clothesline for that fresh outdoor smell and feel. My King mattress is top of the line and very new. I am OCD on cleanliness. My sheets and pillows are of Bamboo, the best.
