This cheap & simple solution is a great alternative for your needs if you're looking for a economical place to stay in the HEART of Hixson. 15-20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga...20 minutes to Sequoyah Nuclear Plant as well. Home is small, but clean and your are welcome to use the common spaces as your own. This Master has a QUEEN bed with separate entrance and parking. Bed is new and decor is simple for rental purposes. There is a Large walk-in shower with hot towels and bidet. The space This small home is located in the Heart of Hixson, literally 5 minutes to anything you need. We are in the process of doing minor updates, but the home is clean & comfy. This listing for the MASTER bedroom, has parking just outside of it's PRIVATE ENTRANCE/Inside LOCK for privacy in your space. Decor is made simple for rental purposes and you are welcome to use the the common areas while staying as my Guest, just please be respectful to others who may be in the other areas. Currently there are 2 other bedrooms that are rented individually, that has ANOTHER full bath that would be shared in that area of the home. Guest access In addition to your room...you are welcome to use the common areas of the house for your comfort. Kitchen is well supplied and laundry is available as well. During your stay I am in and out with my business, work, travel, etc...but will happily engage if you like when I am in town or at my other house. Other things to note IF OTHER GUESTS are on the premises, please respect their privacy, space and items. This house INDIVIDUALS use as a resting spot while working in the area...some could be 3rd shift workers.
