Large screen tv, central AC, rain shower head and desk for working. Our house is located in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens section of Brooklyn, a quiet neighborhood with a great location -- close to four different subway lines, Prospect Park, and a number of cafes, restaurants and stores. Guest access Private, exterior entrance down a set of stairs -- it is not handicap accessible. Other things to note We are a family of 4 and a dog. Also, the steam heat can be noisy when it turns on in cold weather. We try to be sensitive as we can about noise and ask that you let us know if it's ever an issue so we can better accommodate you.
