With the Portland Museum of Art and the State Theater a 5 minute walk away, the Old Port just 15, this stunning apartment is just steps from the best eateries, arts & shopping the city has to offer. When you arrive, park your car in the private parking space and forget about it for a while! Built in 1835, this sunny and spacious second-floor apartment features 14-foot ceilings and original hardwood floors. A his and her bathroom is linked with a walk-through stone tiled shower. The space - There is not a full kitchen in this apartment. I have instead assembled a kitchenette. (See photos.) There you will have a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, small fridge, and water dispenser. The kitchenette has been stocked with stemware, coffee cups, plates, bowls & cutlery, etc. Coffee, tea, sugar, and honey will be provided. - The living room and bedroom can be separated by the two large pocket doors that pull out from the wall. - The couch can be converted into a double bed for a third guest, with a memory foam mattress topper in the closet available. - For your little one, there is a Pack n Play as well as a high chair available. Just let me know and, I will set them up for you. Other things to note Often there are 8 to 10 guests staying at Park Street. *Please kindly conserve hot water, (especially in the mornings) so that all guests have access. If it does run cold, the heater is very efficient and will heat back up quickly.* Thank you for understanding!
