Ranch Life + Pool View Ennis TX Close to DFW

Your pool view room has a private keyless entry, from the patio, at the rear of the house. The queen bed is comfortable. Included is a western themed loveseat, a drop leaf, dining table, and two dining chairs. The closet has mirrored doors. Your cozy bathroom has a jetted tub. There is a step up to get into the tub and a safety grab bar. Plenty of lush towels are provided. There is a range with four burners and an oven, a microwave, a Ninja blender, and an ice maker, plus a mini-fridge. The space Our ranch has llamas, donkeys, goats, chickens, guineas, and ducks. If you are lucky, you may see roadrunners in the summer, or an occasional deer. I see possums and raccoons a lot and hear owls at night. Your room is at the back of the house, off of a 60 foot long patio. You are welcome to enjoy the patios on either side of the home and other common outdoor areas. There is a dining table on the patio. This guest room is attached to the house and the homeowner is normally on the property, but you enter from your private doorway and cannot enter through the main house. We leave supplies for you to create your own breakfast. If you are staying for weeks or months, then you will need to supply your own breakfast and toilet paper, as the monthly rate is discounted. This room has a full size refrigerator, Kerrigan coffee maker, and range. The tub is jetted plus has a shower. Located on a ranch 15 minutes away from the center of Ennis. We are 45 minutes to downtown Dallas and about an hour and 10 minutes to DFW airport or an hour to Love Field. We are on a ranch, not inside the town. Guest access There is a pool to use in season. Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is for booked guests only. No children allowed. This home has two rental units attached to the main house, so guests staying in the other apartment might also use the pool in warm weather. So far, no guests have overlapped time in the pool, but it could happen. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, paper towels, bottled water and such, but these may not be enough if you book longer than a week and you may need to purchase additional supplies. A washer and dryer is available to guests staying a week or longer. You are welcome to view the ranch livestock from the safety of the fenced yard. We ask you not to wander inside barns and pastures without our express permission. During your stay We are available to give recommendations and directions. We enjoy chatting with our guests, but respect your privacy and will leave you to your solitude. Other things to note This is a homestead on a ranch approximately 15 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Ennis, Texas. You will see goats, chickens, ducks, donkeys, and llamas. You may see wildlife. This is a great place to relax under the night sky. If you prefer city life, then you should book a place in town.
