No pets. The space NEIGHBORHOOD RULES: - This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service. - Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. -Two (2) cars maximum allowed. Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle. -Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. -During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm. -This is a stricly NO PETS property. No exceptions. The main living area features high, wood-beamed ceilings, a large sectional sofa around a cozy gas fireplace, and a 65-inch Smart TV. The open-concept floor plan includes a spacious dining area and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Key Features: Gourmet Kitchen: 6-burner Viking range, double oven, and fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, traditional drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, and electric kettle. Living Area: Gas fireplace, 65-inch Smart TV with streaming apps. Outdoor Space: Private balcony with a gas BBQ and wooded views. Convenience: Full laundry room with washer, dryer, and ski storage on the entry level. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire townhome. Entry is convenient and secure with a 100% private, keyless entry system. Please note the following accessibility considerations: -This home is not handicap accessible. -Access to the front door requires walking up a short, graded gravel path and one flight of stairs. -The home's three-story layout may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, the elderly, or very young children. Other things to note Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. Location: The townhome is adjacent to Kingsbury Grade, and some intermittent road noise may be audible. Winter Parking: All vehicles must be moved within 24 hours of a snowstorm to allow for snow removal. Climate Control: The home is cooled by a mini-split air conditioning unit on the main floor and loft. Portable fans are provided for the lower-level bedrooms. Entertainment: High-speed Wi-Fi and four Smart TVs with streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube TV, etc.) are provided. There is no traditional cable TV service. Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap, along with luxury linens and toiletries.
