Cozy North Duplex @Ephraim Beach (Adults Only)

Door County, Wisconsin is a special place in it's own right but Ephraim is a quiet village perfect for families that want to experience an authentic Door County vacation. Families can experience a simpler life, couples can reignite the flame, outdoor enthusiasts can hike, bike or kayak, gals that want girl time can shop til they drop, guys that love to boat, fish, and golf can, and for everyone else in between you'll feel at home while staying in your cottage on 3 acres in gorgeous Door County. The space This cottage is one bedroom with a king size bed, large flat screen TV with Spectrum cable, boosted WiFi, fully equipped apartment size kitchen with everything needed to prepare three meals a day, fireplace and bathroom with a stand-up shower (no bathtub). It is important to note that the standup shower is not a good fit for tall and/or wider guests. It is impossible to bend and shave while standing in this shower. Guests enjoy a deck complete with deck chairs, BBQ grill, and picnic table. Parking is directly in front of the cottage and can accommodate two cars or one car and a trailer. This cottage is a duplex. The wall that divides the duplex is the kitchen and bathroom wall. The bedroom and living room walls are exterior walls. Guest access The entire cottage is yours to enjoy. There are 9 other units on the property which are only accessible to guests renting the unit. However, the fire pit is available for use at any time of day/evening. The children's playground is available from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Other things to note You will want to bring the following items for your stay: 1. Bath and kitchen towels. We have towels available for rent for $7/person/set. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent towels so we can have them in the cottage for you. 2. Beach towels. Available for rent at $5/week/person. 3.Charcoal and lighter fluid if you enjoy grilling (we may have some left over from guests) 4. Doggie bed, crate, bowls, towels for muddy feet and doggie duty bags. 5. Spices/Salt/Pepper as well as foil, plastic wrap and ziploc bags.
