The space Arrive, breathe easy, and feel right at home This 70 m² holiday apartment underwent extensive modernization in March 2022, utilizing eco-friendly building materials and a design crafted with great attention to detail. Bright rooms, a cozy atmosphere, and high-quality furnishings create the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The Prignitz region delights visitors with its unique natural beauty: vast floodplain landscapes along the Elbe River, picturesque villages, and unspoiled scenery invite you to enjoy long hikes, bicycle tours, and diverse excursions of discovery. The animal residents of our small farm offer a special experience for guests of all ages. Boer goats, chickens, geese, dogs, and two cats live here, charmingly enhancing the rural atmosphere. The surrounding area also has plenty to offer: popular destinations include the famous stork village of Rühstädt, the historic Plattenburg (northern Germany’s oldest surviving moated castle), the Platschow Elephant Farm, and the spa town of Bad Wilsnack—renowned for its thermal brine and healing baths—all promising unforgettable holiday experiences. Whether you are looking to enjoy nature, take a family vacation, or simply enjoy a relaxing country getaway, you will find the ideal starting point here to discover the beauty of the Prignitz region. Guest access The holiday apartment is rented out exclusively, offering you plenty of privacy. The garden, featuring a seasonal seating area, is for your sole use and invites you to relax amidst the greenery. Two free parking spaces directly in front of the house are included in the price. Other things to note The entire house is heated sustainably using an external system powered by wood and solar energy. We are a small family with two friendly dogs and live in the neighboring house on the same courtyard. Since we aren't always on-site, we offer maximum flexibility for your arrival: we are happy to welcome you in person, or you can conveniently check in contact-free using a key box.
