The space The apartment has a spacious living room beautifully furnished with furniture and an extendable corner, A/C, large smart TV, and access to the balcony (smoking area), free Wi-Fi available throughout the location. Bedroom 1 with double bed, A/C, TV and open dressing room. Bedroom 2 with double bed, smart TV and storage space. Separate kitchen equipped with refrigerator + freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, plates and glasses. Bathroom with bathtub and shower system beautifully furnished and equipped with a washing machine. Pets are not allowed. Spacious terrace equipped with a hanging shell chair, table and 4 chairs with a view of the neighborhood and the Fagaras Mountains. If applicable, please add all guests to the reservation before check-in, we DO NOT agree to the arrival of a larger number of people, including small children, without our notice or non-registration on the Airbnb platform, failure to comply with this will lead to the interruption of the reservation! At check-in the extra cost is 59 lei/person/night over 2 years not registered on the Airbnb platform. The following services are not included in the price but can be obtained upon request and with our approval: $ Early check in / Late check out (30lei/hour), with advance information. $ Minibar, consisting of 10 products not included in the reservation price, available at any time. - Preparing the corner in the Living room for sleeping is included in the price for reservations with a minimum of 5-6 people, here too its preparation should not be requested. $ Preparing the corner in the Living room for sleeping for reservations of 1-4 people is done only upon request, the related cost is 39lei. $ For the winter season, the ambient temperature in the apartment will be reasonable, approximately 23 degrees C, (the location benefits from intelligent metering), within the price limit of 450lei/night. For those who want warmer temperatures, it can be obtained at any time for the additional cost of 15lei/degree/night. For prices over 450lei/night the limitation will be lifted. $ Airport transfer with additional fee. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire location exclusively with sense of responsibility.
