7 minutes walk to the amazing Niagara Falls State Park. Perfect for romantic getaway, family get togethers and a base to make memorable adventures in Niagara Falls. Newly renovated 1850's cottage. It was originally the tin smith's cottage. We left as much history exposed as we could. As a Superhost, we strive to ensure your stay is perfect. Walk to helicopter, underground museum, restaurants, casino, aquarium, The Falls, The space This 1850's tin smith's cottage as been lovingly rescued. The ceiling in the stairwell is low at one point, and grand fathered into code. Upper bedrooms have king beds with new lattex mattresses. One of these rooms has an upholstered day bed with trundle. Downstairs near the bathroom is another day bed with trundle. The kitchen is fully equipped, and uber eats is also a tap away. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. I admit I did not furnish this home with unruly children in mind, ( but it looks gorgeous). I say this as there is a fireplace, pedestal vanity unit, and some amazing light fixtures, that are not designed for unsupervised children interaction. Just so you know. Guest access whole house. This property does not come with a fenced yard, nor any real back yard. By end of 2026, it will have a green house with raised beds ensuring sustainable eating for Aaron House. Car parking is behind the house, or behind Aaron House - next door. Other things to note All of Niagara Falls is inexcusably poor. I can only do so much at town meetings, and by purchasing as many houses as possible. Please do not blame me in reviews for the state of all Of Niagara County because of American political decisions. If poverty of the 4 houses you walk past will bother you, please, please stay else where. I suggest Canada. It's not that I dont want you to stay, but I do not want to be held accountable for things outside of my control.
