Guest access Entrance is located on Upper Rhine Road, marked by an orange Electricity box from the City of Cape Town. After entering, follow the Reception sign and take the stairs on your right. Guests will receive their own set of keys for private access to their apartments. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Other things to note - To ensure a smooth check-in, please confirm your arrival time as soon as possible. Early check-ins are available upon request and depend on availability. - Our building is strictly non-smoking, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you’d like to smoke, please step out to the uncovered parking area/street. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone! - Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times. - The units are serviced daily. If you'd prefer not to have your unit cleaned, please pop the ‘Snoozing/No Service’ sign on the door and send us a quick message. - Linen changes need to be requested by 14:00 the day before. If no request is made, linens will automatically be changed on every 8th day of your stay. Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
