The rooms are distributed as follows: Suite room that is in another area than the rest of the rooms with a double bed of 150 and a private bathroom. The second bedroom with a double bed of 135 and the third and fourth with two beds of 90 each. One of these last rooms has a sofa that turns into a 90 bed as well. In the hallway of these rooms there are two full bathrooms. Quiet building with large entrance. Located a few meters from the marina and Poniente beach. A multitude of services, shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops... Ideal for walking due to the location. There is a taxi stand and bus station nearby. City bus and electric vehicle rental option. Public parking within meters. No smoking in the house, no pets allowed, parties and bachelor parties are prohibited. The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbors must be respected and special care must be taken when moving around the common areas. The house has a noise detector with a warning to the police in case of excessive noise above the permitted limits. Cot option with prior notice *** For reservations longer than 15 days, the included utilities (heating, water and electricity) will be a maximum of 150 euros per month. It is essential to inform R2R Consulting of the details of all guests for subsequent submission to the Police, as required by the regulations. If the details are not sent, the house will not be accessible. For reservations made on Airbnb, a security deposit is not required. Guest access Quiet building with large entrance.
