At select residences, guests may have the option to purchase a non-refundable Damage Waiver providing limited accidental contents protection. Certain properties that issue physical access items such as keys, fobs, or parking passes may require a refundable $250 access credential deposit, similar to a hotel pre-authorization, which is released after checkout, provided all items are returned, and no replacement costs are incurred. Full details are provided after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures.
