The space There's so much space on offer in this property. SLEEPING With a choice of two well sized double bedrooms your group will be sure to get a great night's sleep. Rooms are kitted out with everything you'll need and offer quiet places to rest your head. Please note: Travel cot and high chair is available on request for an additional charge. Please provide your own bedding if required. All beds are dressed in hotel quality linen. FRESHENING UP There’s a large shower room, modern and full featured with fabulous walk in shower. Towels and toiletries provided all for your use. Washer-dryer available. Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board provided. RELAXING Put your feet up in the living room, sink into the comfy sofas and watch your favourite movie on the 40"” Flat screen Smart TV coupled with high speed broadband and Amazon Fire-stick. If you need to focus on work for a bit you'll also find a useful workstation in the living room. EATING Cook up a storm with a fully equipped, modern kitchen: Cooker with electric hob Fridge/Freezer Toaster Microwave Kettle and all the pots and pan one needs! ......and a Dishwasher to help you get them all clean again!! Family meal time will be a pleasure here in the dining area with plenty of seating. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. Other things to note My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products. My apartment is located on the 3rd floor. No lift available. Please note this property does have a noise decibel monitor. Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Please be aware that the property is not suitable for infants and small children due to the amount of stairs to the property and the building policy regarding obstructions in communal areas.
