Enjoy a quaint, cozy private tiny home near the Las Vegas Strip. This thoughtfully designed space has everything 1–2 guests need for a comfortable stay. Located toward the back of the property with 3 other units, it offers added privacy. Parking included. Inside is a dry kitchenette with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and cooktop for simple meals. The home also features a private patio and ample yard space for relaxing outdoors. The space Great boutique hotel vibe close to UNLV, the Airport and close to the strip without the headache of traffic or paying for parking. This is a studio unit on a property that has multiple private vacation rental units at one location. Each unit is private, only the pool, backyard and driveway are shared with guests in other units, everything else is private. Sorry, we do not rent our place to locals, because of too many bad experiences. A starter supply of essentials (3 rolls of TP, 1 roll of paper towels, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, etc.) are provided for guest's convenience. If you run out, you will need to purchase more for the remainder of your stay. The tiny house includes: Twin size daybed AC unit Space heater Shower Free parking Netflix & Wi-Fi Guest access Guest has access to the tiny house, private yard, driveway. Please keep noise down and be considerate of other guests. Please DON'T hang out in the front yard, so neighbors aren't affected by our Airbnb. Other things to note -We are LGBT friendly :) -We provide FREE parking, Internet and Netflix on our Ruko TV, the house does not have cable. -NO Unregistered guests allowed on site. Do not attempt to sneak extra guests in!! We are not a hotel, and your unit is small and only fits one person! -NO Vegas Locals accepted. Reservations from locals will be canceled! -NO SMOKING (including marijuana) INSIDE UNIT. Smoking is allowed outside. We will bill you $250 if it smells like pot or cigarettes inside. -Government ID verification required. -We have 4 separate units. Only the backyard and driveway is shared with guests in other units
