This is a custom-built personal home that was built in the late 90’s. It has 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths. Bed space: one king, 2 queens, and one futon, and a couch. There are 2 sun-decks upstairs, large front porch, screened in back porch with sun deck. Spectacular views from every angle of the house. The beach is a about a 200 foot walk. There is a washer and dryer, 2 cable TVs and Wi-fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and china. Sheets and towels are not included. This is the owner’s personal home and will be rented only to family groups (10 people or less). House parties, weddings & other large events are not permitted. The house is pet friendly with enclosed dog pen underneath the house. Pets that are not housebroken will not be tolerated.
