It includes the following: Sheet sets for all beds(WE DO NOT MAKE THE BEDS WITH THE SHEETS. YOUR SHEET SETS WILL COME IN A VACCUMMED SEALED BAG), one towel set that the house sleeps, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 2 bars of soap per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, and one travel size bottle of dish soap. You won't be bored here. This house has tons of things to entertain you and the family. Our Sea Biscuit cottage is just right for a large group. It has 7 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms, 1 bonus room with sleeper sofa and sleeps up to 26 people! This house is equipped with an Elevator so you don't have to maneuver flights of steps. The elevator is accessed from all 3 front porches. We just added an outside ping pong table. You will have a fantastic Ocean View from the top floor front deck as well as a beautiful view of the Hatteras National Seashore Sanctuary from the back. (Keep your eyes open for grazing deer and other wildlife.) A wonderful way to start your day is to enjoy your breakfast on the deck while watching the ocean and basking in the warm Outer Banks sunshine. Then walk down to the beach. It's only a short walk on our Private Beach Access. From the house you cross the street, walk to the right, and up the driveway of 8309 or you can go to the left when you cross the street and use the public access that has a handicap ramp. Enjoy relaxing around your private swimming pool. This cottage has everything to make your visit memorable! The open floor plan features cathedral ceilings. Our Game room has l* Electric Dart Board* & Multiple games Gaming table, and pool table. Our Movie room is equipped with a 50" Smart TV, Blu Ray player, Stadium seating, cable, Popcorn maker, and Refrigerator. No rainy day blues here! 2 fully equipped kitchens, dinning area on the top floor. Make dinner time no problem. Make Thanksgiving and other Holiday meals with no problems. Have some family time in the large great room area and enjoy your favorite TV shows on one of the many flat screen TVs located through-out the house. There are two laundry areas two washers and two dryers. The parking area is large enough for 7 cars. Sea Biscuit is a place to make great memories! During the In Season, this house has a Saturday check in day.
