Our recently renovated stone farmhouse is located in the heart of Umbria, just 20 minutes from the city of Foligno and just 30 minutes from beautiful Assisi. The ideal accommodation for those who love nature, walks, art and mountain sports, a stone's throw from the Casolare is in fact the Pale cliff. The accommodation offers all the comforts and a garden for the exclusive use of our guests, ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday in the greenery of Umbria. The space The residence on the first floor of the farmhouse, with a separate entrance, has a large habitable loft with access from the living room, with a double bed, a Velux window and an exposed roof with wooden beams, a living room with a kitchenette, a fireplace, two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Guest access The house has a large garden for exclusive use with a special round swimming pool of six meters above ground with access with an external ladder, a gazebo equipped with a table, chairs and a large and comfortable barbecue. The parking space is reserved for our guests in front of the Casolare Other things to note In the house you will find a Nespresso machine with its capsules, regular and cane sugar, coarse and fine salt, vinegar, coffee for the moka pot. You will also find a package of extra virgin olive oil, jam and tomato juice, products of our production that you can use for your stay or take away as a gift from the house.
