The Pearl of Chicca in Positano

La Perla di Chicca is a recently renovated holiday home. Cozy and tastefully furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers a panoramic terrace with a beautiful sea view. Please note that Positano is a vertical town, characterized by many stairs, which are a typical feature of the village. Access to the house requires approximately 30/40 steps leading to the main road. For guests who prefer to avoid walking routes, the town center can be reached by bus, shuttle service or scooter. The space La perla di Chicca is located on the ground floor and has: a fully equipped kitchen, with a gas hob and with all appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge with freezer); a living room with double sofa bed, cupboard, flat screen TV and terrace facing the picturesque town of Positano; a mezzanine double bedroom with a wardrobe and drawers to storage your clothes; a complete bathroom with shower, washing machine and a big window with a beautiful view. The charming panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the centre of Positano is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the view of the bay drinking coffee, having meals or just relaxing. All the house is equipped with air conditioning, and free and unlimited WIFI connection thanks to which our guests have unlimited access to the web, with the possibility of watching movies and doing everything that requires a fast connection. Guests will also have access to a hairdryer and iron. Guest access Our attention is always focused on meeting the needs of our guests. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. A late check-in after 9:00 PM can be arranged upon request, with an additional fee. Other things to note Upon arrival, guests will be required to provide a valid ID document for registration purposes, unless it has already been sent in advance, in accordance with current regulations. The city tax, not included in the accommodation price, must be paid in cash upon arrival. The tax applies from April 1st to October 31st and amounts to €2.50 per person, per night for guests aged 10 years and older, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
