The Pearl of Chicca in Positano

La Perla di Chicca is a new holiday home, recently renovated, located a few steps away from "Piazza dei Mulini" where you can find bars, restaurants, shops and everything else you need for your stay. Situated in a quite area, the apartment is cozy and tastefully decorated and is suitable for up to 4 guests. The panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view over the Bay of Positano. The space La perla di Chicca is located on the ground floor and has: a fully equipped kitchen, with a gas hob and with all appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge with freezer); a living room with double sofa bed, cupboard, flat screen TV and terrace facing the picturesque town of Positano; a mezzanine double bedroom with a wardrobe and drawers to storage your clothes; a complete bathroom with shower, washing machine and a big window with a beautiful view. The charming panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the centre of Positano is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the view of the bay drinking coffee, having meals or just relaxing. All the house is equipped with air conditioning, and free and unlimited WIFI connection thanks to which our guests have unlimited access to the web, with the possibility of watching movies and doing everything that requires a fast connection. Guests will also have access to a hairdryer and iron. Guest access Check In available from 2pm to 9pm Check Out must be done by 10am However, a late check-in can be arranged upon request after 9:00 PM, with an additional cost: - €30 for arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight - €50 for arrivals after midnight. This fee is to compensate the colleague who will welcome you outside working hours.
The extra fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. All Guests must provide a valid Identity Document for the registration with State Police. Tourist Tax € 2,50 day/person for a maximum of 7 days must be paid in cash upon arrival. Children up to 9 years are exempt.
