Camp Crystal Springs - PERFECT FAMILY RETREAT!

Sleeps up to 22! Our beautiful, historic 1890's Victorian Farmhouse features a swimming pool (opens mid-May/closes mid-September), fire pit, amazing front porch & plenty of space to spread out. Lots of local activities (skiing, hiking, boating, rafting and tubing are all a quick drive) and our home will accommodate a large family, group of friends or a retreat. You'll have the place all to yourselves during your stay. Discounts for extended stays. The space This 1890 Victorian Farmhouse is conveniently located minutes off the i80 in Alta. (Just take the Crystal Springs exit and you'll find us easily!) Our common areas include an Kitchen/Dining room, Media Room, Parlour, Office/Study and our famous front porch! (We have limited internet that can support a few devices on TVs, but we encourage you to disconnect!) We normally rent rooms out and we function as a Bed and Breakfast, but with this whole home rental you'll have the whole house (no breakfast or hosts included). We have a Parlour with a piano and many board games, a Media Room with plenty of DVD movies to choose from. Most of our TVs are internet capable. We have 5!bedrooms, with one of the rooms being a huge multi room suite. There are 4 bathrooms for your use. Our front porch is where we gather to have a cocktail or sweet tea and share stories and laughter. When weather permits, we gather around the fire pit instead. Our location is perfect for almost every outdoor adventure. Boating, hiking, fishing (lakes and rivers), rafting, the PCT, boating, skiing & snowboarding, even rock climbing are all within 30 minutes of Alta. Some even start a morning hike right outside our front door! We are approximately one hour from the Reno or Sacramento Airports and 45 minutes from Truckee and a few minutes more to Lake Tahoe. THERE ARE NO SAFETY FENCES IN THE POOL AREA. Our garage/workshop will also be off limits during the rental period. Our version of whole home rental will not include our top floor, which does have a bedroom, but is not climate controlled and gets extremely warm in the summer, and extremely cold in the winter, this area is locked off. Other things to note Starlink is now available. We are in a great spot for cell reception, so if you have unlimited data want to tether that usually works. Most TVs are internet ready but you'll have to use your own subscriptions.
