Stay as a couple with family or friends in our fully renovated home. Calm and quiet. Last house in the village. Fully south-facing, not overlooked, view of the fields and sea. A 10-minute trail leads through the valley to Kérel Beach. The village of Bangor is 800 meters away with a grocery store, tobacco bar and bike rental. On the ground floor: - A living room with table and chairs, armchairs, wood stove - An open plan fitted and equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, unquestionable hobs, oven , toaster , filter coffee machine and espresso. ( no microwave) - A bathroom with shower and sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS Upstairs: staircase a little steep and without a ramp. - A bedroom with a 140 X 190 bed. - One bedroom with 140 X 190 bed An unfenced garden with 3 equipped terraces, garden furniture and barbecue dining table. Possibility of loaning a bed umbrella, booster, small pot, children's bathtub and changing table on request. Guest access Guests have access to the entire rented space (ground floor, floor, garden). Only the basement is reserved for private use. Other things to note • The house is at your disposal except for the cellar. • The house is in a quiet and preserved hamlet. Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises, especially in the evening. This is not a house for parties. • Garbage containers are located at the entrance to the village. Selective sorting is required: glass, recyclables and household waste must be separated. • The house is equipped with a septic tank. Please do not flush toilet paper down the toilet or do so sparingly. A trash can is provided for this purpose. • Bath towels are not provided. Remember to bring yours. • You can shop at the Intermarché de Le Palais, located on the road coming to the house. It's the easiest way before you get to the hamlet. • No pets allowed, except with exceptional prior agreement.
