Nestled in a landscaped and flowered park of 6,300 m², crossed by a small river, the house forms a rare green setting, within a charming village of Touraine. The property, fully privatized, consists of two apartments – an elegant mansion and its outbuilding (former workshop) – as well as an air-conditioned reception or seminar room. No other occupants: the place is exclusively reserved for you. We accommodate up to 30 people, ideal for family reunions, reunions with friends, tourist stays or seminars in the heart of the famous Loire Valley. Both houses are fully equipped: fitted kitchens, comfortable living spaces, 4 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, quality bedding. The beds (80 cm) can be adjusted to 160 cm according to your needs. Two flat-screen TVs are available. Bed and bath linens are available for an additional fee (€215). Outside, everything is designed for relaxation and fun: year-round heated pool, jacuzzi, private garden, barbecue, brazier, petanque court, ping pong, trampoline, swings, badminton, darts and mini football field. The secure and lockable pool enclosure guarantees peace of mind for families with children. A wood-burning stove warms the evenings in the large living room. Two fully equipped kitchens will allow you to play chefs and enjoy the gastronomy of the Touraine region (induction, gas, ovens, microwave, many utensils, wine cellar). Nespresso coffee machines and filter. The presence of sheep and chickens will delight young and old, making the place an ideal setting for family reunions. Free parking nearby. The location is perfect for exploring the region: Loire castles, Loire à Vélo, Futuroscope, ZooParc de Beauval… All local shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, supermarket, tobacco) are easily accessible.
