Noise outside between 10 PM and 8 AM, parties, or large gatherings are prohibited. Violations may lead to eviction, bond forfeiture, and extra charges. Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay. Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest. Where available, facilities such as pools, gyms, saunas, and communal areas are managed by the building or strata and not by AirKeeper. These facilities may be closed, restricted, or undergo maintenance without notice. As AirKeeper does not control these areas, we cannot provide compensation for any unavailability or changes made by the building management. AirKeeper manages your property off-site. Any on-site building staff, including concierge or security personnel, do not work for AirKeeper and cannot assist with check-ins, keys, access issues, or guest enquiries.
