Cozy house on the banks of the Loire

Old grainery on the banks of the Loire dating from the 19th century, freshly renovated. Slate walls and exposed beams, refined decoration, you will quickly feel at home. La Belle Loire is the perfect place to meet with friends and family, with three large bedrooms and two sofa beds, one of which is independent. Quiet environment, surrounded by a large garden of more than 3000 m2 where our three little goats, Caramel, Nougat and Soda, live. The space The house is not overlooked on the garden side. Fitted kitchen with back kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (and Jura bean coffee machine), kettle, etc.), friendly living room and terrace (garden furniture with barbecue). Each bedroom has a separate toilet with shower room, TV, wine cellar, kettle, dressing room. The independent bedroom upstairs (has its own living room and a bathtub + shower. King size bed (160 and 180). Ground floor: cooling heated floor. Floor: reversible air conditioning. For weekends, check-in is from 4pm and checkout is until 11am or more according to your needs and availability. Bedding and sheets are new. Two bakeries are less than 5 minutes from the house (La Daguenière and Brain sur l'Authion). I highly recommend the second one 🙂 A supermarket is also 5 minutes away (Andard). We have a family pool available closed by an electric secure shutter that can be used with care by guests, it is a semi-underground pool lined with a wooden terrace. This pool is made to bask and enjoy the water (no possibility to swim laps). We also have a large room of 70 m2 closed by large bay windows. Possibility to rent it at extra cost. We'll send you a geolocation link as soon as you book for your convenience Other things to note Welcome to La Belle Loire, here are some tips to know to enjoy the house: You can feed the animals during your stay: the goats like a small piece of hard bread or fruit and vegetable peels in moderation. The house is non-smoking, you can smoke outside on the terrace, you will find an ashtray in the kitchen. When you are away, remember to close all doors and windows. If the fuses blow, you have to restart the circuit breaker in the back kitchen. Warning, do not throw anything into the toilet, we have a septic tank. When leaving, please empty the garbage and fridge. There are sorting containers for household waste, plastic, cardboard and glass, in the village of La Bohalle less than two minutes away by car (a map is available in the house information booklet). We also have a robotic lawnmower that is triggered in the evening and at night, be careful not to leave anything lying around in the garden during these times.
