Old grain factory on the banks of the Loire dating back to the 19th century, freshly renovated. Slate walls and exposed beams, clean decoration, you will quickly feel at home. La Belle Loire is the perfect place to meet with friends or family, with three large bedrooms and two sofa beds, one of which is independent. Quiet environment, surrounded by a large garden of more than 3000 m2 where our three little goats, aka Caramel and Nougat and Soda, live. The space The house is not overlooked on the garden side. Each room has separate toilet with shower room, TV, wine cellar, kettle, dressing room. The independent bedroom upstairs (has its own living room and a bathtub + shower. King size bed (160 and 180). Ground floor: Refreshing heated floor. Floor: Reversible air conditioning. For weekends, check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out until 11 a.m. or more according to your needs and availability. Bedding and sheets are new. Two bakeries are less than 5 minutes away from the house (La Daguenière and Brain sur l 'Authion). I highly recommend the second 🙂 A supermarket is also 5 minutes away (Andard). We have a family pool available, closed by a secure electric shutter that can be used with care by guests, it is a semi-underground pool bordered by a wooden terrace. This pool is made for lounging and enjoying the water (no possibility of swimming lengths). We also have a large room of 70 m2 closed by large floor-to-ceiling windows. The house is non-smoking, you can smoke outside on the terrace, you will find an ashtray in the kitchen. When you're away, make sure to close all doors and windows If the pellets ever jump, you have to restart the breaker in the back kitchen. Be careful, do not flush anything into the toilet, we have a septic tank. When you leave, please empty the garbage and fridge. There are sorting containers for garbage, plastic, cardboard and glass, in the village of La Bohalle less than two minutes by car (a map is available in the house information booklet). We also have a robotic lawnmower that turns on in the evening and at night, be careful not to leave anything lying around in the garden during these hours.
