This property is ideal for families, visitors and people working from outside of the area. The property has 4 bedrooms and sleeps a max of 7 adults. Min guest age is 25 yrs old The space The property has 4 bedrooms and sleeps a max of 7 people. The first floor has 2 bedrooms rooms. Main room has a double and single bed. The second room has a single bed. The upper floor has a double and a single in the first room. The second room has 2 single beds. All rooms have hanging rails with storage. The lounge has a large L shaped sofa and a dining table with seating. There is also a Smart TV where you can access Netflix, Amazon prime & more. Fibre broadband and wifi is also provided free within the property. The kitchen has full amenities (cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and cutlery is also provided along with tea and coffee) & there is a further ‘fold down’ table for with 3 seats. There is a bathroom with a toilet, basin, bath and overhead shower. Please note this is a residential area and as such is not suitable for parties and loud noise. This property is fitted with a noise and occupancy monitor and if guests disrupt neighbours or tamper with the monitor you will be removed from the property and lose your deposit. You must be min 25 years old to stay at this property. Other things to note * All guests must be over 25 years old. * All guests must pay a deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying. * This property is not suitable for parties or hen and stag do's. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit. *We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements. Guest access The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival. Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to sign our T&Cs, provide a copy of valid ID, and pay a security deposit through our own booking system for your stay to go ahead.
