Quiet house in Passa on 3000 m² wooded land with boules court and shared saltwater pool. Friendly and family-friendly place ideally located between the beaches (20 minutes), Perpignan (10 minutes) and Spain (20 minutes) among others. The space Accommodation for 4 to 6 people, air-conditioned with individual entrance, bathroom and separate toilet. It consists of an equipped kitchen, seating area, a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a bedroom upstairs with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds that can be brought together if necessary. Guest access House that includes the host's main residence, 2 cottages (one at each end) and a double guest room. Large terrace with separators between the accommodations. Swimming pool, bowling alley, ping pong table, washing machine and dryer in common. Guests have access to their accommodation and also to the pool, terrace, boules court, ping-pong, Wi-Fi at their convenience and books and board games on request for free. Washing machine and dryer shared with another accommodation. Other things to note House Rules: No noise between 10pm and 8am. Pool accessible from May to October from 10am to 8pm, unaccompanied children prohibited and under the responsibility of their companions.
