Haus MeerErleben awaits you in a quiet, rural location on the coast. At 75 m², the vacation home can accommodate up to 4 people, a fenced garden, a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, infrared cabin as well as carport and electric car charging station. Pets are also welcome. The space You will find our detached vacation home MeerERLEBEN in the Wesermarsch: Completed in 2020 and with about 70 square meters of living space in the new part of the holiday village Jade-Sehestedt directly on the Jade Bay, about 500 m from the small North Sea resort Sehestedt. The world's unique UNESCO protected natural heritage "Floating Moor" is also in the immediate vicinity and easy to reach on foot or by bike. On the south terrace of the 400 sqm property, which is completely fenced to protect your family and pets, you are protected from prying eyes by hedge plants. The cottage offers enough space for 4 people and also for your pets. It is equipped with two bedrooms with solid wood furniture (a double bed and a family bunk) and has a large eat-in kitchen with extensive, new equipment (large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob with oven) and an extendable dining table with more than 4 seats. In addition, there is a cozy seating area with a fireplace and a swiveling, large satellite TV. A child seat and a cot can be booked for a fee. The large bathroom is a wellness area with a large rain shower and an infrared cabin that invites you to warm up after long walks. On the terrace, garden loungers and a seating area with a parasol are available during the warm season. Insect screens on patio doors and bedroom windows keep unwelcome visitors out. You can be supplied daily by a breakfast service, a small dyke shop is nearby with the necessary things, as is a dyke café. In Varel, 15 km away, you will find all the shops for your daily needs. Directly produced and sustainable food is available from the organic farm Butendiek and Demeter farm Eekenhof. A variety of restaurants invite you to visit the Varel harbor and the artists' village of Dangast. In Dangast you will also find a large indoor pool. The North Sea Lagoon in Burhave and the Centerpark Tossens are about 20 km away. We recommend arriving by car. Pets are allowed in this house for a cleaning fee! This is a non-smoking house.
