Halifax Cottage

Our Halifax cottage is conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate I95 and just off Hwy 301 in the quaint, historic town of Halifax. It is an early 1900's house that's been lovingly restored and nicely appointed to perfectly accommodate individuals, couples, a group of friends or a family. Choosing to stay with us will allow you to experience how small town Eastern NC people live. Halifax has a pop. of 234. We think you will be charmed!! The space If you are seeking an authentic experience, our cottage is a great choice. A cozy, charming 4 room house with a full size bathroom is just the right amount of space for travelers. The house interior and exterior maintains all it's original early 1900's charm. Sitting in a quiet area of town, everything is quiet by the way in a town of 234, you can enjoy our simple way of life and walk to everything. Our restaurant, bank, post office, historic site, park, antique shopping and library are all only about a block away. Guest access Guests will have the entire house. Other than a storage shed out back, guests can use the entire property. There is on site parking and a covered carport for one vehicle. The driveway can accommodate two vehicles though.
