This beautiful Studio apartment is located in Apple Springs in Boulder Canyon. It sleeps 2 - 4 comfortably with two beds, 1 King and 1 Queen and one bathroom. Apartment is fully furnished and is centrally located between Deadwood and Sturgis! The space is above the garage so very private and while you do come in through the garage door, you have your own private entrance to the apartment. My house is on a very large cul-d-sac so it provides a great parking area if you are trailering anything. Single car garage space may or may not be available, to be determined at time of booking. Full kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator and microwave. Washer and dryer are located in the garage under the steps. I love to socialize with people but only to the degree they wish to socialize. I live in a prime location, Boulder Canyon of the Black Hills. It is less than one mile off the main highway and is 5 miles from Sturgis and 6 miles from Deadwood. Boulder Canyon Country Club is just down the road and soon to be an 18 hole golf course of which my property will be right on the course. This is a great neighborhood to walk, ride bike, go 4-wheeling, ride motorcycles and not far from any other adventures you choose. Mt. Rushmore is 42 miles, Crazy Horse is 77 miles, Spearfish Canyon 18 miles and Terry Peak skiing is 22 miles. A great location to get anywhere you want to go. All roads are paved and Taxi's are available!! Deadwood hosts year round activities while Sturgis hosts the Motorcycle Rally and the Mustang Rally and other events throughout the year! Spearfish Canyon is a beautiful area and approximately 20 minutes away. Skiing and snowmobiling are some great winter sports along with 4 wheeling in the spring, summer and fall.
