The unit is perfect for couples, small families, or barkada bonding. The location is highly rated due to its close proximity to public transportation, malls, restaurants and cafés, and convenience stores. Short drive to favorite Tagaytay attractions like Sky Ranch, Picnic Grove, People’s Park, Paradizoo, and others. Additional guests are allowed with an extra fee (PHP 300 per guest). 2 Children (ages 2 and below) are free to stay. Maximum occupancy of 4 people only. • For a confirmed booking, changing of date is allowed 15 days in advance. Guest can change the booking only once, except when there are unexpected circumstances affecting Tagaytay City that are limited to Typhoon Signal No.3, Taal Volcano Alert Level No. 4 to 6, and ECQ/Lockdown. Cancellation is subject to approval and only allowed as per AirBnB (Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.) • Check-in time from 2 pm and Check-out time is strictly 12nn. Check-in counters are available at the ground floor lobby or 3rd-floor lobby. Early Check-in and Late Check-out are charged at PHP 300 per hour but are subject to the availability of the unit. We accept Late Check-in (from 6 pm) but will be charged with extra fee (PHP 200). Other things to note • Cityland Building Management allows 4 fully vaccinated guests per room only. Unvaccinated kids are allowed as long accompanied by fully vaccinated adults. • Guests must present their vaccination card and valid ID at the lobby upon check-in. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Guests are not allowed to accept visitors. A health or Medical Certificate is required for unvaccinated guests. • Covid-19 Safety Protocols are strictly implemented at all times. • Unit disinfection is done prior to check-in. • Decorations for celebrations, parties, and surprise setup can be arranged separately at a minimal charge. • Guests are expected to observe House Rules. • Please ensure to comply with all of the above-mentioned rules before making a reservation.
