It has a (1) queen bed, and (2) sofa beds. It’s very spacious, modern, and clean with a view of Pico de Loro’s lagoon. Other amenities of this space are as follows: ✨ TV with cable ✨ WiFi ✨ Heater ✨ Microwave ✨ Split type air conditioner ✨ Electric stove ✨ Electric oven ✨ Kitchen tools (e.g., frying pans, pots) ✨ Dining utensils (e.g., plates, cups, cutlery) ✨ Electric kettle ✨ Refrigerator ✨ Rice cooker ✨ Cleaning tools ✨ Storage/closets ✨ Linens, pillows and blankets ✨ Bidet Guest access In addition to the condo unit rental fee, there is an additional charge that must be paid before arrival, which is the “guest fee,” or also called “entrance fee.” This fee entitles you to receive a wrist band, that will indicate that you can have access on Pico beach, pools, lockers, shuttle service, parking, and other amenities/facilities/activities of Pico de Loro. This is good for 7 days and can be renewed after. Most transactions inside will be CASHLESS. This implies that you will need to bring your debit/credit card in case of other transactions inside (e.g., activities).
