Bellissimo Panorama is special because of its: - Scenic location overlooking the surrounding views of the Waldevi lake - Modern interiors with an array of amenities - Private infinity pool - Furnished balcony offering soothing views - Lush green lawn with seating arrangements - Surrounded by the lake on all 3 sides. - Open-to-sky bathtub - Offers breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunsets - Abundance of outdoor games such as cricket, badminton and football We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, internet dongle - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch, clothes dryer - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire, indoor board games - Secured parking space for up to 10 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly, nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 well-furnished and well-lit bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All bedrooms offer a plethora of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, wardrobe and ensuite bathrooms. - All bedrooms overlook the serene lake bordering the home. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - 2 bathrooms offer an open-to-sky bathtub and are situated on the first floor. COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor, adorned with comfortable sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 12 people. - It offers a portable music system, and a TV. - The living room has ample ventilation and is not equipped with an AC. - The dining area is a part of the living room and can accommodate up to 8 people. - The first floor of the home houses a common balcony, overlooking the manicured garden and the lake. - The exteriors of the home feature a beautifully verdant lawn, 7500 sq. ft. in size, ideal for various outdoor activities. - Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private infinity pool that overlooks the dam. The pool is 40x20 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. - Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 8 PM. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchens, however, guests have access to the kitchen inside the villa. Guests do not have access to the outdoor kitchen. - Guests may use the indoor kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prepared with a local touch and freshly sourced ingredients, our home-style dining experience is highly recommended.  - Jain meals are available upon request on prior notice.  - Guests are requested to share their meal preferences and payments, at least 48 hours in advance.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.  - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the outdoor kitchen and the terrace. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Spread over an acre, this beautiful holiday home is all things soothing. Hosting a range of experiences, within the property, guests can wake up to the sweet song of birds and start their day with a lazy stroll on the lawn. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards or ludo. Relive those bygone days by engaging in some fun playful outdoor games such as cricket, badminton and football. Jump in the infinity pool and soak in the breathtaking sights. Take a peaceful walk near the lake and embrace its beauty. ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1200 per session for a duration of 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik. - Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during the monsoons given the presence of insects around. - The caretaker will not travel to the market to purchase any guest requirements. - Guests do not have access to the terrace. - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - There is a friendly dog residing on the premises of the property. - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the diesel generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the outhouse. - Please note that there is no Wi-Fi at the property. However, all mobile networks work fairly well here.
