FEDORA Penthouse in the 5* Pirin Golf & Spa hotel, a world-class golf resort, is located near Bansko and offers you a restaurant, a bar and a garden, free. Our guests can benefit from a 25 % discount to regular prices of SPA. This fee is to be paid to the receptionist upon your check-in and is payable for each day of your stay, no matter if spa/pools are used or not. The apartment is mainly suitable for families: 2 adults + 2 children The space The top floor apartment has 2 floors. The ground floor with a living room, sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with toilet is about 58m2 along with a balcony and terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the Pirin Mountains. Upstairs you will find a large double bed, a sink with toilet, a washing machine and a dryer. You will also find here also a 140 cm wide quality mattress, which can comfortably sleep 2 children. Guest access SPA AREA CONDITIONS and SPA USAGE fees for our guests: INDOOR heated pool and 6 outdoor mineral water pools ( 3 heated during the winter and 6 in total during the summer) together with the saunas area are subject to entry fee for each guest. There are 2 options how to use the SPA services by external visitors: To purchase daily pass on Main SPA reception (entrance from side of the main hotel building, Block 3) for standard daily rates ( 55 EUR per adult, 45 EUR per child aged 7-15 and children under 6.99 are admitted free of charge) OR if you ask us before during your reservation and before your checkin, you can prepay the SPA entrance fee for your ENTIRE stay with a 25% discount from the standard price list. The 25% discount applies then also for other SPA services, like massages, beauty procedures etc. This prepaid SPA fee is to be paid by you to the receptionist upon your check-in and is payable for each day of your stay, no matter if spa/pools are used or not. Keep the receipt. After applying the discount, the prepaid SPA fee per day is 42 EUR per adult, 34 EUR per child aged 7-15 and children under 6.99 are admitted free of charge. A fitness centre, squash court and massages are also available at an additional cost. There is a ski storage room, a 24-hour reception, a bicycle and ski equipment rental. During the ski season, a paid but very affordable shuttle service to and from the ski lift is available every hour of the day. You can book it at the hotel reception. If you want to play golf, you can use our golf sets for right-handed or left-handed people free of charge and play on one of the golf courses around the hotel. As our guest, you have a discount on paid services of 10% to 25% of the regular price. Other things to note Please be informed that as counted from 25.02.2020 according to the Local Government Rules, Airbnb hosts in Bulgaria are obligated to collect National ID or Passport of all of their guests and provide the information to Unified Tourist Information System (Ministry of Tourism). Your personal data will be only Used with this purpose. References available upon request. Please note, this is no shoes apartment! We would expect people to behave like grown ups and respect/treat the property as if it is their Own.
