This air-conditioned apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old half-timbered building in the heart of the historic center of the city of Ay, it will offer you a place of choice to discover the Champagne region and its vineyards. The space With its 120 m2, the apartment consists of a large 40 m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, etc.), a large table and a lounge area ideal for enjoying friendly moments with family or friends. This apartment has a 15 m2 terrace overlooking an inner courtyard. Its 4 spacious bedrooms with new and quality bedding will offer you all the comforts you need to relax and rest. The 1st bedroom with its queen size bed (160 cm) has its own shower room. The 2nd bedroom consists of 2 single beds of 90 cm (convertible into a king size bed of 180 cm on request) and also has its own shower room with toilet. Regarding the other 2 bedrooms, they share a bathroom with double sinks and toilet. The 1st has a queen-size bed (160 cm). The second is a bedroom with a glass roof that has 2 single beds of 90 cm (convertible into a king size bed of 180 cm on request). The apartment also has a 3rd separate toilet. Upon arrival in this charming apartment, you will find the beds made and towels are provided. Coffee and tea are available. Guest access Step outside the apartment and you're in the square where bakeries, chocolate, champagne bar and regional products as well as restaurants are available. The train station is a 5-minute walk away and street parking is free. This apartment has a key box that allows for a self check-in and stay, but a personalized check-in is possible if you wish. Every 2 years, on the first weekend of July, the Fêtes Henri IV are held where the people of Ay hand over the keys of their city to their good King Henry IV, 2 days of celebrations and relaxation, in the great Champagne tradition.
