Built in 1957 this unique cottage has retained its original charm with modern mid-century design and cool 1950s-60s styling. A perfect getaway for couples (and their dog) , featuring one bedroom and spacious living areas with a yard to relax and unwind. It is also only a couple of minutes' stroll to the gorgeous Mudjimba Beach, which is patrolled & dog friendly!! The space Everything in this cottage is retro cool from the furnishings to the plates and glassware. The large backyard offers ample space for the dog to play along with plenty of seating to soak up the sunshine or retreat under a shady tree. For your entertainment, it’s only a short walk to local cafes and shops, and the cottage has a smart TV and selection of books which can be read from the cosy reading chair or bring your competitive spirit and play one of the many board games on offer. Cottonwood Cottage is the perfect base to explore the Sunshine Coast or just enjoy the laid-back charm of Mudjimba. The owners Linley & Greg live in the main house on the property however they are incredibly respectful of your privacy & super lovely to say hi to. Guest access You will have access to a private car park, your own laundry located within the cottage and the large back yard.
