The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery; allowing guests to entertain while seated at the 6-chair glass dining table. The kitchen is furnished with a 4-seater breakfast bar; equipped with a Nespresso machine so guests can enjoy their morning coffee, while glancing at the harbour. The kitchen also includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven. Also included in the unit is a stackable washer/dryer with laundry detergent provided for our guests during their stay. The condo includes a 750 square feet rooftop terrace furnished with comfortable seating, tables, an electric grill, and ample outdoor lighting for evening or late-night entertainment. For entertainment, guests can enjoy the 65” HD Samsung Smart TV or play one of the many boardgames available for kids or adults. Guests have access to 1 parking spot conveniently located in a secure under ground parking garage accessible with a key fob for entry.
