Carriage House Loft at The Laurentide Inn above Laurentide Beer Company

The Carriage House Loft at The Laurentide Inn is the former hay loft of the property built in 1820, that has been redesigned to a open floor plan, post and beam apartment. The space The Carriage house is an open floor plan with two queen beds, dining room, full kitchen and living room. There are two HD televisions within the loft, both with Cable television and Google Chromecast streaming functionality. The bathroom includes a two person jacuzzi tub with waterfall shower. Stays in The Carriage House loft do not include breakfast though breakfast can be added to the stay with advanced notice. Well behaved dogs are allowed with advanced notice, a $75 fee is charged per each dog and 100% of this fee is donated to the Humane Society of Yates County. Additional cleaning fees may apply. The Carriage House Loft sits above our small farm and micro brewery, Laurentide Beer Company which is open daily until 9pm making the Loft an ideal Finger Lakes getaway for Craft Beer Lovers! Please note that due to the proximity of the Loft being above our brewery, therefore there may be a chance of noise during the hours the brewery is open. Guest access Unfortunately the Loft is not handicap accessible.
