Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the fenced front and back gardens and the swim spa in the back garden. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway on the property. GREAT BENEFIT-there is no parking in this beach area. If you rent somewhere without parking you will spend your visit searching for parking up the hill and hiking miles. Other things to note There are many great places to eat around the corner and five minutes away in the village of La Jolla.
