Cottage in Kent

Adorable & cozy cottage sits on the pondside corner of our 25 acre property. Deck is great for BBQ and stargazing at night. Enjoy fire pit on the beach for s’mores. Pool not heated but hot tub can be heated. Sauna in gazebo. Enjoy the canoe and fish in our private pond (carp & bass) Lots of hiking trails nearby and great restaurants. 20 mins. from Harlem-Valley Wingdale train station. Car is highly recommended as taxi service is limited. The space Can use the canoes in the pond and fishing rods are stored in the small shed near the cottage labeled "Geer Mountain Pond" Feel free to roam around the property and enjoy the scenery. Internet is very strong for those working from home but it is not strong when you are walking around the property. Guest access Sauna, gazebo, pool area and general grounds for walking around. Other things to note Pool , Hot Tub and sauna to be shared respectfully with another rental house. Owners live in properly as well. Please note wifi is strong in cottage but not around the pool area for those looking to do work by the pool.
