Two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a double bed, their own bathroom with shower and private access to the outside terraces; by the pool on the level below, there is a 3rd chill out room with king bed and bathroom with shower, for your guests or you to enjoy. Or choose to sleep in the daybed outside like in the tropics - cozy under the mosquito net! For extra guests there is room in the "Mirador" (Golden View) to sleep and watch the sun rise! Guest access Guests have total private access to the entire property - 3.000 + sm of privacy for you to discover, topped off with a direct walkway into the Mediterranean or sunbathe in the sandy hideaways on the rocky coast in front of the villa. Enjoy sundowners in the covered seating area and find yourself immersed in nature with secret seating areas, a shady hammock, and outside dining at the oceanfront. Other things to note The villa is equipped with heating and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, high speed internet Wi-Fi, a BBQ grill, Jacuzzi/hot tub, German satellite TV. A cot and highchair are available for the little ones. Reminder to the families with children that the property has a pool and children must be supervised by parents. Flexible changeover day, arrival between 15:00 and 21:00 hours, departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. The charge for cleaning and laundry will ensure that this villa is in tip top shape for your arrival! Prices for this property are in Euros. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. We ask that our guests are conservative with air conditioning, heating and electricity. To encourage conservation, a daily electricity and gas allowance will be allowed, usage over that amount will be deducted from the damage deposit. We will read the meter on arrival and departure to calculate usage. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applied for travelers over the age of 16 years. You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already paid. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day (there are bins on the street for all debris), or there will be a 50€ extra charge. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of Euro 150 per visit. No parties allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, please use and empty ashtrays. Youth groups are not allowed.
