The space Beautifully renovated, specious townhouse. The house has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and all modern amenities (WiFi, Central Air Condition, etc). Large glass doors open out to a deck with a table and chairs, and lead to a small back yard. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom is the kids room and has 2 single beds. There is one full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The house is located on a tree lined street in one of Brooklyn's best neighborhoods, Carroll Gardens. Our neighborhood is full of young families, great cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, etc. It is surrounded by several other quaint and historic neighborhoods such as Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights (by the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge). 10 min subway ride to downtown Manhattan.
