The space Private House with private entrance have attached private studio apartment also with private entrance attached to the house. Studio is not available for the airbnb booking and it is not included in to the booking package. House only for the booking available, not including the studio apartment . House have 3 bedrooms 5 beds (plus 1 airmattress ) The house can be used airbnb for short term and for long term. 2 cars driveway parking, and more free parking on the street. Important is that if you have 2 adults only and you need one bed we can work out lower the price or please check our few other offers with less bedrooms option . Please see our posted proposal or chat with us about this options. Cleaning service is not included only on long term stay from 2 to 12 month, but available based on the agreement. We offer cleaning service for you during yours stay. It is possible to remove furniture from the house for the terms more then 12 month. It will be little different policy though. Guest access The Whole House with private entrance and private back porch is all available for guests . The House has ADU on premises (accessory dwelling unit) with separate entrance from the house that we use as our business office. Both has a private separate entrance not related to each other. Guest will have private access to the house with private back porch available for guests only and own keys. The entrance to the house is at the front door of the house with 4 little outside stairs. Outside doorbell has a video camera installed only for the outside view of the house and entrance view. Other things to note We are friendly hosts to everyone and we also like to make your stay with us comfortable. While our hosting experience for over 2 years we have a lots of changes in our house and our own policy based on some behavior performance of the guests. Since then we may have changes in the furniture and appliances difference from the posted photos, based on some damages from our guests stays or tear and wear. Some of the repairs and replacements takes time and extra expenses (which does not come that fast as guests "overuse" our interior and accessories or such. Please be patient with us if you see some difference in the photos vs actual availability. This all does not affecting good quality of our service that we are providing and safety of our guests stay in our house. We will be communicating with you at the booking time and while you stay with us. We will try our best to make your stay very comfortable and private as possible. Just lets be friends to each other and respect each others interests please.
